Mirage’s Clay tiling is made of ceramic, it has a concrete-resin appearance, a deep texture and a neutral color, making it perfect to use in an outdoor terrace that will be the extension of a contemporary interior. Each tile measures 80 x 80 cm and is 20 mm thick. Clay ceramic tiles are ideal to create a remarkable outdoor terrace.
Technical characteristics of Mirage’s porcelain stoneware terrace tiles
Mirage’s tiles are top-of-the-line, compact, and highly impermeable. Porcelain stoneware is composed of 99% pure materials such as minerals, kaolin, feldspar, and clay. The natural colors of these materials give these tiles an excellent aesthetic rendering.
Mirage’s porcelain stoneware is a superior natural material, compressed without the addition of glues or resins. Fully colored and fired at temperatures exceeding 1250°C to produce a homogeneous and compact surface. Method to Install them on terrace pedestal
Don't worry, installing tiles on a terrace is easy! It doesn't require any special equipment or significant work. You can do it by yourself and without any tools. All you need to do is install a shock-absorbing vibration buffer, and then place the tiles on the heads of the pedestal that are already positioned on the ground.
While this step is not compulsory, using a vibration buffer can help reduce vibrations and noises on your terrace, to create a calm and aesthetically pleasing outdoor space. Additionally, the spacing between each tile is consistent thanks to the spacers on the head of the pedestals, creating thus a uniform outdoor tiled surface.
