Massaranduba exotic wood boards from South America. One of its sides is smooth and the other is grooved to prevent slipping. Massaranduba wood is sturdy and resistant, its density is one of the highest in the world. Massaranduba is a class 5 prestigious wood and therefore rot-proof, it can be in permanent contact with the soil or salty water. Ideal to use in a terrace, it is also used for large-scale constructions thanks to its exceptional durability of approximately 40 years. More details
Label and Certification
- Massaranduba boards are class 5. They can be in permanent contact with the soil and salty water. Massaranduba wood is rot-proof, stable after slow drying. The drying that suits it is slow, and in a dryer imperatively (KD). Its humidity level is between 16 and 18%. It is also very durable and perfectly resistant to fungi and insects and other kinds of termites.
- You should use visible screws to install them. They are 21mm thick to comply perfectly with the DTU standard.
- Its pinkish brown color will surely seduce you!
