Label and Certification
- This excellent quality exotic wood is smooth in appearance and has an AD certification, which means "air-dried". This means that Ipe wood planks have a humidity level of between 13 and 17%. Class 5, Ipe wood is a very sturdy and durable exotic wood. It is perfectly suited to be in permanent contact with salty water (around a salty water swimming pool for example). Originally from South America, Brazil in specific, it has a durability of several decades. This exotic brown wood is perfect to be used in a terrace, around a pool or in a wet area!
- These planks should be installed with visible screws on your terrace. All our exotic wood planks are 21 mm thick in order to comply with DTU standard. There is nothing better than building your terrace following the rules of the art!
